We value the shopping experience of our customers on top of everything else, that's why we accept return and refund of the products ordered from our company if the item does not live up to your expectation or any other reasons you may concern.

Return For DOA (Dead on Arrival) Items

For any products , dead on arrival (incorrect usage excluded) within 3 days after delivery or 30 days after shipment (if the delivery date is not trackable,the order shipment date and order notification are provided to you by email),

In this case, please kindly provide us with proof as below:

The photos of original package with front and back sides;
The photos or video of the defective item(s);
The photos, video or screenshot showing the malfunction of the defective item(s).
In a DOA Situation: a reimbursement for return each parcel shipping fees is available, provided that:

The return shipping fee is less than 60% of the defective item(s) value, and also less than $40 (USD), we will cover the actual postage (according to the receipt you provided). If the return shipping fee exceeds the limit above, please contact our customer service center to further confirm it.
Note: If the product is dead on arrival and the package takes longer (more than 30 days) to reach you, please contact us and offer the available proof of the delivery date within 5 days, we will then process for you according to the policy.

Return For Defective Item

We hope our customers to love our products. All the items we delivered have been carefully inspected by our QC inspectors.Our warranties ensure that all of our customers will have favorable and happy shopping experience from our qualiy and timely support services. We will try our best to make sure the products shipped to our customers are in the best condition. If the product delivered (excluding physical damage or incorrect use) turns out to be defective,
Kindly please provide us with below proofs within 7 days maximum 30 days after delivery :

Photos of the product packaging or box;
Photo, video, screenshot, or description of the defective item;
Photo, video, screenshot, or description of the defect or defective part.

Upon being returned, the defective item will be refunded or replaced for free, in this case, the return shipping fee will be borne by GearGad as long as you use a standard shipping method indicated by GearGad. Before shipping back the defective item to GearGad, please contact our customer center for detail ways and costs of shipping.

After 30 days and within 90 days from delivery

Should the item be found defective after 30 days but not exceed 90 days from delivery, customers will still have the chance to send the items back to us for manufacturer's repair or replacement, in this case, the shipping cost shall be covered by the customer. Any cost incurred during the process will be at customer's expense as well. We will notify you via email of any expected repair costs.

After 90 days from Delivery

Refund or replacement for any item will be rejected after the 90 day period after delivery.

Return Incorrect Item Received

If the item you received is completely different from the one you ordered, please contact us via our Customer Support Center and provide us picture proof of the error.
After receiving the incorrect product, please kindly provide us with proof as below:

*Order ID;
*Product Name and quantity;
*The photo, video or screen shot showing the incorrect of the item;

If return is necessary, replacement plus shipping cost reimbursement will be issued to you once you send us a return shipping receipt showing how much you paid to return it. Please be sure that the incorrect item you return is in the original package as when you received it.

For the incorrect item, if you find it useful for you and prefer to keep it, you may tell us and will be provided for a certain discount to buy it.

Return Unsatisfactory Products

If you are not  100% satisfied with your purchase  for any reason, we will also gladly accept returns of packages within 3 days of delivery or issue a full refund, just return item within 3 days of delivery for an exchange or full refund minus the shipping charges incurred by us. If the return is not a result from our error, customers shall cover the shipping cost for both ways.

Please make sure the item you send back to us is in the original packaging as when you received it.

Notes:

The customers shall contact Customer Support Center first for approval before sending back any item to us before returning. GearGad shall not be responsible for returned item(s) without notifying us in advance. And please kindly note that after shipping back the items, do remember to provide us the tracking number of the returned package, if there is no tracking number available, a picture of shipping receipt is necessary. If neither of them can be provided, GearGad might have to hold processing for you until the package arrives at our warehouse which may take one to two months.

Refunds are made via the payment method you originally used to place the order. Customers are responsible for all payment fees (if any) issued during processing and transfering any refund. We reserves the right to thoroughly check the quality of the items we shipped to our customers before issuing a refund. Once we inspect and confirm the requirement from the customers, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

If possible, please make sure you have checked the package contents before you sign for it. If you see any visual damage or it feels empty, please refuse to accept it and contact us.
